XpressAutomag Total Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit is designed to be used by professionals trained in nucleic acid techniques to isolate both DNA and RNA from clinical samples using our patented magnetic nanoparticle technology. The Kit is designed for the rapid, high-throughput purification of RNA and DNA from a variety of samples including saliva, swabs, serum, plasma, whole blood, CSF and liquid samples. The isolated nucleic acids can be used for PCR amplification or other molecular biology applications.

Storage & shipping conditions

XpressAutomag Total Nucleic acid Kit is shipped at room temperature. The enzymes Proteinase K has to be stored at 2-8°C and Carrier RNA has to be stored at -20°C. All other solutions should be kept tightly sealed and stored at room temperature.
