XpressAutomag Cell RNA kit is designed for optimal automated extraction of high-quality RNA from various sources including cultured mammalian cells, PBMC, saliva and bacteria. Detectable amount of RNA can be extracted from as low as 20×10³ cultured cells with high purity ratios. It can process 1-96 samples in a single run. The kit is based on patented bare magnetic nanoparticle-based RNA extraction technology. RNA extracted using XpressAutomag Cell RNA kit is amenable to all downstream applications, such as PCR, cDNA synthesis, Real-time PCR and sequencing. The kit can easily be adapted to automated magnetic bead-based workstations (Kingfisher Flex and Kingfisher Apex etc).
Product Highlights:
- Extract high quality RNA from sources including cultured mammalian cells, PBMC, saliva, buccal swab and bacteria
- Fast, reproducible and easy processing using magnetic bead-based system
- No centrifugation involved
- Automation ready
- Extracted RNA compatible with downstream applications
- No residual DNase activity in eluted RNA, if opted for DNase treatment as per the protocol
